How do I place an order?
- Add the desired Hadaai product(s) into your cart.
- Check your cart (upper-right corner of your screen).
- Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
- Fill in your payment information, choose a shipping method and choose a payment method.
- Review your order and information, then agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on ‘Place order’.
- You will be redirected to the page which enables you to complete your payment.
- You will receive an order/payment confirmation email within a few minutes.
What payment methods does Hadaai accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Bank transfer. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donors information is safe and secure.
We do not store your credit card information! It is directly handled by Stripe to ensure the maximum security.
To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all of your details are entered correctly.
If you prefer paying via bank transfer, write a short note to us via info@hadaai.com and we'll arrange this!
Can I change my order or shipping details once I have placed my order?
We can cancel an order when it is being prepared for dispatch. However, we are unable to change any shipping details when an order has been processed, nor can we add products to an existing order once it has been placed. If you wish to change the address to which your order is being shipped, please email care@hadaai.com as soon as possible.
Which countries does Hadaai ship to?
Hadaai does currently ship to Europe. For the full list check our Shipping & Return page. Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania. If your location is not shown on our shipping list please contact us at info@hadaai.com and we will make everything possible to deliver Hadaai goods to you.
How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
For information on delivery and shipping charges to your destination please consult our Shipping & Return page on our website. Please note that shipping costs remain the same when ordering multiple items.
When my order will be shipped?
We ship the same day after payment confirmation of your order is received. All orders, placed after noon EEST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have not received an email containing a tracking link, your tracking link isn’t updating or isn’t working at all, please reach out to us as soon as possible via care@hadaai.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
Which courier service delivers the packages?
You can choose Standard Post or Express Courier Delivery. Every parcel is tracked.
Standard Delivery is provided by Lithuania Post. Lithuanian Post is the premier provider of parcel services in Lithuania that works closely with national postal services and private delivery partners in order to offer you the most comprehensive and reliable delivery.
Express Courier Delivery is provided by DHL, DPD and TNT Courier services.

Can I return products that I bought from Hadaai online?
Customers have the right to return unused and unopened products within 14 days after the shipment arrival date. Please consult our customer care team (care@hadaai.com) to request a valid Return Authorization number. For further instructions please consult the Shipping & Return page.
What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?
We are so sorry to hear this! But don’t worry, please send an email to care@hadaai.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.
If you’ve received a different product than you ordered, just e-mail care@hadaai.com and our team will help you get the product you ordered. Please include the order number and a description of the fault.
