- Add the desired Hadaai product(s) into your cart.
- Check your cart (upper-right corner of your screen).
- Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
- Fill in your payment information, choose a shipping method and choose a payment method.
- Review your order and information, then agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on ‘Place order’.
- You will be redirected to the page which enables you to complete your payment.
- You will receive an order/payment confirmation email within a few minutes.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Bank transfer. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donors information is safe and secure.
We do not store your credit card information! It is directly handled by Stripe to ensure the maximum security.

We can cancel an order when it is being prepared for dispatch. However, we are unable to change any shipping details when an order has been processed, nor can we add products to an existing order once it has been placed. If you wish to change the address to which your order is being shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Hadaai does currently ship to Europe. For the full list check our Shipping & Return page. Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania. If your location is not shown on our shipping list please contact us at email@example.com and we will make everything possible to deliver Hadaai goods to you.

We ship the same day after payment confirmation of your order is received. All orders, placed after noon EEST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have not received an email containing a tracking link, your tracking link isn’t updating or isn’t working at all, please reach out to us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to your order confirmation email.
You can choose Standard Post or Express Courier Delivery. Every parcel is tracked.
Standard Delivery is provided by Lithuania Post. Lithuanian Post is the premier provider of parcel services in Lithuania that works closely with national postal services and private delivery partners in order to offer you the most comprehensive and reliable delivery.
Express Courier Delivery is provided by DHL, DPD and TNT Courier services.
